1 | Cup | Buttermilk |
1 | Tbsp. | Butter, melted |
Combine bisquick and 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese and oregano. Add buttermilk and mix with a spoon to form a stiff dough (dough will be sticky). Turn onto a floured board. Divide into 12 pieces. With floured hands roll each into a ball. Space evenly on a greased 9" Cake pan. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle the remaining cheese. If made ahead, cover and chill up to 4 hours before baking. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
