Kathy has been making these muffins for breakfast for many years.
2 | C | flour |
1/3 | C | sugar |
1 | tsp. | baking powder |
1/2 | tsp. | baking soda |
1/2 | tsp. | salt |
2 | eggs | beaten |
1 | C | orange juice |
1 | heaping tbsp. | grated orange peel |
1/3 | C | oil |
Combine eggs, orange juice orange, peel, and oil. Add to dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Pour into paper lined muffin tins and bake at 400F for approximately 20 minutes.
