Set your Bread Machine timer so that you will be greeted by a fresh loaf in the morning.

3-1/4 | C | All-purpose flour |
1 | tbsp | Poppy seeds |
1/2 | tsp | Ground cardamom or nutmeg(optional) |
3/4 | tsp | Quick-rising dry yeast or bread machine yeast |
Remove baking pan from large(1-1/2-to 2-lb) bread machine. Add ingredients to pan in order given making sure yeast does not touch liquid.
Choose basic or regular/light setting.
Makes 1 loaf, about 12 slices. Per Slice: about 155 calories, 4 g protein, 3 g fat, 28g carbohydrate.
