Preheat oven to 350F. Combine dry ingredients. Combine water, oil and honey. Stir dry ingredients into wet ones, to make a cohesive ball. Butter cookie sheet and pat out dough in shape of pan. Roll to thickness of 1/8 inch, using rolling pin. Score with knife in desired shapes and bake 12 minutes in preheated oven. Cool 5 minutes before removing crackers from baking sheet.
