1/2 | C | raisins, chopped dates, or chopped nuts |
1 | tbsp. | melted butter |
1/3 | C | yoghurt or buttermilk |
1 | egg | beaten |
Stir together dry ingredients, pressing out any lumps. Mix liquids and fruit together and add to dry mixture, stirring lightly. Pour into 6 muffin tins and bake 15-20 minutes at 425F.
