Mayonnaise Biscuits

Because these are drop biscuits, they make a quick and easy last minute addition to a meal.
2 | Cups | Self-rising flour |
2 | tsp | Baking powder |
1 | Cup | Milk |
1/2 | Cup | Mayonnaise |
- Heat oven to 400°.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- In a small bowl, combine milk and mayonnaise.
- Stir milk mixture into flour mixture just until moistened.
- Spoon into a greased 12 cup muffin pan.
- Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from pan and serve warm.
YIELD: 12 Biscuits
