1 | Box | Lemon cake mix | |
1 | Small box | Instant lemon pudding mix | |
1/2 | C | Salad oil | |
1 | C | Water | |
4 | Eggs | (added one at a time) | |
1 1/2 | tsps. | Poppy seeds |
Combine all ingredients in a mixer bowl. Beat 4 to 5 minutes. Grease two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen bread from sides and leave in pans.

1/2 C powdered sugar |
Juice of two lemons |
Combine. Pour over bread in pan. Let set until cool. Remove gently from pans.
