1/4 | C | white sugar |
2-1/2 | tsp. | baking powder |
1/2 | tsp. | salt |
1 | egg | beaten |
1 | 6 oz. can | frozen lemonade thawed |
1/4 | C | milk |
1/3 | C | cooking oil |
1/2 | C | chopped nuts |
Mix dry ingredients.
Combine egg, 1/2 cup lemonade, milk and oil.
Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Gently stir in nuts.
Fill greased muffin tins and bake 375F for 15-20 minutes.
While hot, brush with remaining lemonade and sprinkle with white sugar.
