(For when you're in a hurry to get supper on the table)
1 1/2 | C | Flour (375 ml.) |
2 | Tsp. | Baking Powder (10 ml.) |
3/4 | Tsp. | Salt (3 ml.) |
1/2 | C | Milk (125 ml.) |
1/4 | C | Oil (50 ml.) |
Mix and sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add liquids to dry ingredients. Stir with fork. Turn dough onto lightly floured counter and kneed gently 10 to 12 strokes. Pat down into round shape. Roll out with lightly floured rolling pin into a round shape to fit pan. Place dough on a lightly greased pan. Put on your favorite pizza toppings. Bake at 425 degrees F (200 C) 15 - 20 minutes.
