Honey Blueberry Muffins

2 | Cups | Flour |
1 | Tsp. | Salt |
3 | Tsps. | Baking powder |
1 | Cup | Milk |
4 | Tbsps. | Honey |
1 | Egg | Beaten |
1/4 | Cup | Shortening, melted |
1/2 | Cup | Blueberries |
- Sift flour with salt and baking powder.
- Mix milk, honey, beaten egg, blueberries and melted shortening.
- Add to dry ingredients.
- Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full.
- Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until browned.
YIELD: 12 muffins
