This bread is fabulous.
3 | C | flour |
2 | C | sugar |
1 | tsp. | baking soda |
1 | tsp. | cinnamon |
1 | C | chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans or macadamia) |
2 | tsp. | vanilla |
3 | beaten | eggs |
1-1/4 | C | vegetable oil |
2 | C | mashed bananas |
1 | 80z can | crushed pineapple well drained |
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients, stir in nuts. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in another medium sized bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just moist.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake 350F for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes or until totothpick inserted in the centre of loaf comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
