1/4 | Cup | Warm water |
2 | Cups | Buttermilk |
1 | Tsp. | Baking soda |
2 | Tsps. | Sugar |
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix all dry ingredients well, add oil and buttermilk - then add to the yeast mixture. Mix well. Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
NOTE: Well covered, this dough will keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can make as many or as little as you need.
