This is a high-rising country loaf. The bread machine pan must have a capacity of 10 cups or more.

2 | tsp. | shortening or oil |
3 | C | bread flour |
1 | tbsp. | sugar |
1 | tsp. | dried rosemary, crushed |
1/2 | tsp. | salt |
1 | tsp. | active dry yeast or bread maching yeast |
Add the ingredients to the bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle. Makes 18 servings.
