Dilly Bread

Easy and Good!

  • Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt and soda. Heat to lukewarm.
  • Soften the yeast in the warm water, add egg and beat well.
  • Add flour. Let rise til doubled. Stir down and turn into well-greased round casserole.
  • Let rise 25 minutes.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes remove from casserole and brush with butter.
