Dilly Bread

Yeast

warm water

C.
Flour

C.
Creamed Cottage Cheese

Tbsp.
Sugar

Tbsp.
Onion, dehydrated or finely chopped
1
Tbsp.
Butter
2
tsp.
Dill Seed
1
tsp.
Salt
1/4
tsp.
Soda
Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt and soda. Heat to lukewarm.
Soften the yeast in the warm water, add egg and beat well.
Add flour. Let rise til doubled. Stir down and turn into well-greased round casserole.
Let rise 25 minutes.
Bake 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
After 5 minutes remove from casserole and brush with butter.
