Double Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 1/4 | C | Flour |
2 | Tsp. | Baking powder |
7 | Oz. | Butter |
1 | C | Chocolate chips |
1/4 | C | Cocoa |
1/2 | C | Brown sugar |
1/2 | C | Milk |
2 | | Eggs |
- Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl. Stir in brown sugar.
- Beat eggs and milk until combined.
- Cut in butter with the dry ingredients.
- Add egg mixture and chocolate chips. Mix just until moist.
- Fill greased muffin pan three quarters full.
- Bake a 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until done.
- Serve warm.
