Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray 12 muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In small bowl, stir together milk, oil, applesauce, honey and egg. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake 30 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
