Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf
pans; set aside.
In a large bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and
salt; set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir orange juice, eggs, oil, and orange rind
until blended. Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into prepared loaf pans.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes until a wooden pick inserted in center
comes out clean. Remove from pans. Cool on wire racks.
