Combine sugar, flour, corn meal, salt and baking powder in mixing bowl. Add and mix the beaten eggs, soft margarine, corn and cheeses. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Preheat over to 350 degrees, reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake cornbread for 1 hour.
