1 | Tsp. | Cinnamon |
2/3 | Cup | Finely chopped nuts |
1 | Egg | White, beaten |
Mix together the butter, cream cheese and flour. Roll into 2 balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle and cut into 12 triangles. In another bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Spread each triangle with the lightly beaten egg white and then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar-nut mixture. Begin rolling at the wide end into the center. Brush tops with remaining egg white and sprinkle the tops with the remaining cinnamon-sugar-nut mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
