Mix the ingredients in a bowl with tips of fingers until well blended. Make small balls of the dough. Roll some in sesame seeds and press down on the tray, placing them fairly far apart as they will spread out while cooking.
Press down chopped walnuts on some of the remaining balls and for colour contrast chopped pistachio nuts on others.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven approximately 15 minutes until just beginning to brown.
