Butter-Honey Blueberry Muffins

Unbelievably delicious!

Preheat the oven to 400F. Cream the sugar, honey, and butter together until fluffy. Add the egg and continue beating until the batter is light in colour. Stir together the dry ingredients and add alternately with the buttermilk to the creamed mixture, stirring just until blended. Gently stir in the blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Put them in the oven and immediately reduce the heat to 375F. Bake 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
