Apricot Bread

Stir flour, baking powder and salt together in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar, nuts and apricots; mix well. Combine well-beaten eggs, milk and vegetable oil and add to flour mixture; mix just until blended. Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan and allow to stand 10 minutes. Bake in a moderate oven - 350F for 50 to 60 minutes.
