1/2 | Medium | Orange, cut into 6 peices |
1 | Cup | Yellow raisins |
1 | Cup | Pecans |

1/2 | Cup | Oil |
1/2 | Cup | Orange juice |
1 1/4 | Cups | Sugar |
1 | Tsp. | Vanilla |
3 | Cups | Flour |
2 | Tsps. | Baking powder |
1 | Tsp. | Baking soda |
Place first 9 ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides and continue blending until fruit and nuts are finely chopped but NOT PUREED, about 30 seconds more. In a large bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Add fruit-nut mixture and stir until the dry ingredients are just moistened. Do not overmix. Divide batter between 5 greased mini loaf pans. Place pans on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool in pans 15 minutes and then remove from pans and cool on a rack. When cool, drizzle with lemon glaze.

Sift sugar and add lemon juice and blend until smooth. Pour over cooled mini loaves.
