Tomato Yogurt Shake

1 | cup | plain low or nonfat yogurt |
1 | cup | tomato juice |
1 | tsp. | lemon juice |
1/4 | tsp. | grated fresh ginger |
- Place yogurt, tomato and lemon juice into blender. Add the ginger to ingredients and blend for 30 - 40 seconds.
- Serve
