Syllabub

1 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup brandy
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
In large mixer bowl, blend cream and sugar on low speed.
Add brandy and lemon juice.
Add egg whites and continue mixing 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 3 cups - 6 servings.
