Service Break Drink
From the Kitchen of:
Sandy
1 oz. Galliano
1 oz. Creme de Cacao
2 oz. light rum
6 oz. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. drained crushed pineapple
1 cup pineapple sherbet
crushed ice, as desired
1 12 oz. can 7-Up
pineapple wedge and cherry
Combine in blender or cocktail shake.
Blend until frothy.
Serve in frosted glass with pineapple and cherry.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
