Peach-Orange-Ginger Fizz
From the Kitchen of:
Sandy
l 20 ounce package frozen peaches
l cup orange juice
l 6-ounce can peach nectar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
l liter chilled ginger ale
In food processor puree frozen peaches.
In chilled punch bowl, mix peaches, orange juice, nectar nd extract.
Slowly pour in chilled ginger ale.
Makes eight 8-ounce servings.
Tip:
Serve in champagne glasses with a small strawberry slice with stem.
