Combine milk and raspberry syrup in a medium-size saucepan; tint rosy-pink with food coloring. Heat slowly, just until tiny bubbles form around edge of pan.
Pour into mugs or cups; top with a fluff of whipped cream from a pressurized can, if you wish.
