Peanut Butter Banana Shake
From the Kitchen of:
Sandy
1 cup nonfat or lowfat milk
1/2 cup frozen banana slices
1 tbsp peanut butter
dash cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in blender and bled until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a dash of sweet cocoa powder, if desired.
Makes 1 serving.
