Passion Potion
From the Kitchen of: Boomer
Serving Size: 4 (1 cup servings)

2 | cups | cubed peeled ripe mango |
1 | cup | cubed pineapple |
1-1/2 | cups | orange juice, chilled |
1/2 | cup | passion fruit nectar, chilled |
(If you cannot find passion fruit nectar you can
substitute apricot or papaya nector..)

Place the mango cubes and pineapple cubes into freezer and
freeze until firm (about 1 hour). Remove from freezer; let
stand 10 minutes. Combine mango, juice and nectar in a
blender and process until smooth. With blender on, add
pineapple; process until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
