Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend
on high speed 30 seconds, stopping blender after 15 seconds to stir,
or process 5 to 10 seconds, until well mixed. Store in tightly
covered container at room temperature up to 6 months.
For each serving, place 2 teaspoons mix in cup. Fill with 2/3 cup
boiling water. About 1 cup mix (24 servings).
