Minted Raspberry Lemonade
From the Kitchen of:
Sandy
2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice, from 12 to 15 lemons
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh mint
1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
1 1/2 cups sugar
12 cups water
whole raspberries, sliced lemons, mint leaves (optional garnish)
Stir together all ingredients except garnishes until sugar dissolves in glass or ceramic bowl.
Strain into pitcher.
Chill or serve over ice.
Garnish wtih whole raspberries, sliced lemons and mint leaves, if desired.
