Mint Tea

Serves: 7
2 qts. boiling water |
10 regular-size tea bags |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
fresh mint sprigs |
3 tbsps. lemon juice |
- Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove
tea bags, squeezing gently. Stir in sugar, 10 mint sprigs, and lemon
juice; cover and steep 25 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Serve over ice. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint, if
desired.
