Lemon Zest Ade

3 cups water |
zest of 3 lemons | |
1 cup sugar |
2 cups frest lemon juice |

- Combine water and lemon zest and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Let stand for 15 minutes
- Add lemon juice and chill thoroughly.
- Strain and serve over ice with lots of fresh mint and slices of lemon.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
