Lime Slush
From the Kitchen of:

1 fifth dry Sherry
1 6-ounce can frozen limeade concentrate
3 drops green food coloring, optional
lime wedges
In bowl blend Sherry, limeade and green food coloring.
Pour into shallow pan or 2 freezer trays.
Freeze until slushy.
To serve, spoon into stemmed glasses and garnish with lime wedges.
Makes 1 quart.
