Ivory Wedding Punch

Serving Size: 25-30
6 cups cranberry/apple drink
2 qts. grapefruit juice, chilled
1/2 cup sugar
1 qt. ginger ale or sweet white wine
1 qt. lemon lime soda or champagne
1/4 cup Kirsch or 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Pour cranberry juice into a 6-cup ring mold and freeze until hard.
When ready to serve, in punch bowl, mix grapefruit juice and sugar until sugar is completely dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and serve gently.
Unmold ice mold and place in punch bowl.
Stir until very cold and serve in punch glasses.
