Lardo Grill Hot Spiced Wine

2 quarts apple cider |
8 cinnamon sticks |
1 1/2 tsps. whole cloves |
1 quart Chablis |
1 quart Burgundy |

- Simmer apple cider, cinnamon sticks and cloves in large heavy pan for 45 minutes.
Do not boil.
- Remove most of spices and add Chablis and Burgundy.
- Remove from heat and serve. May be stored, covered, until ready to use.
- Makes 25 servings.
