Hot Cocoa

Comments: Dutch-type cocoa has the richest taste
1-1/2 tbsp. cocoa |
2 tbsp. sugar |
few grains salt |
1/2 cup boiling water |
4 cups milk |
few drops vanilla |
Mix in a saucepan cocoa, sugar, and salt.
Add the boiling water. Boil 3 minutes.
Add the 4 cups of milk. Heat slowly to just below the boiling point. Beat well with an egg beater or wire whisk.
Flavor with a few drops of vanilla.
