Homemade Wine

1 | tab | yeast |
5 | cup | sugar, preferably cane |
1 | qt. | juice, unsweetened |
- STEP 1: Mix yeast with a little warm water and let set to cool.
- STEP 2: Mix sugar with warm water to dissolve good, just enough to
liquify.
- Then mix yeast, sugar and water content in gallon jug. Add more
water and shake real good. Then put juice in and shake some more,
finish filling jug to just below the neck of jug.
- Put label on, date made and wait six weeks. Cover top of neck of
jug with balloon and let set in 70 degree room untouched.
- After six weeks are up, use funnel and cheesecloth to strain. Ready
for use.
