Frozen Peach Frappe
From the Kitchen of:
Sandy
1 cup buttermilk
1 banana, sliced
2 cans (5 1/2oz) peach nectar
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
In blender, combine buttermilk, banana, nectar and sugar.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into ice cube trays.
Freeze until firm. If solidly frozen, allow to soften about 45 minutes at room temperature.
To serve, spoon into blender container.
Cover and blend just until smooth.
Pour into stemmed glasses and garnish with toasted almonds.
Makes 6 servings.
