Frosty Orange

Source: Weight Watchers
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup nonfat dry powdered milk
Sugar substitute to taste
5 or 6 ice cubes
Combine orange juice, milk, and sugar in blender.
Process, adding ice cubes one at a time.
Blend on low speed about 2 minutes.
Makes 1 serving. Each serving provides: 1 fruit 1 milk
