French Chocolate

Serving Size : 6
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup cold water
3/4 cup sugar
few grains salt
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 quart milk
Put in saucepan the chocolate and water. Stir over low heat, until the chocolate melts.
Add the sugar and salt. Cook until thick (about 10 minutes) Cool.
When cold fold in the heavy cream.
When ready to serve, heat the milk. Pour hot milk into each cup, and top with a spoonful of the chocolate cream.
