Fresh Peach Daiquiri
From the Kitchen of:
Sandy
2 medium peaches, peeled and pitted
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. powdered sugar
1 ounce light rum or rum extract to taste
ice cubes
Puree peaches and water in blender.
Blend in lemon juice, powdered sugar and rum.
Add a few ice cubes to chill mixture.
Remove ice before serving.
Serve in chilled glass.
Makes 1 to 2 servings.
