Five O'Clock Whipped Chocolate

2 tbsp. Hershey's Cocoa |
3 tbsp. granulated sugar |
Dash of salt |
1/4 cup hot water |
1 1/2 cups milk |
2 tbsp. marshmallow whip |
Few drops of vanilla |

- Blend the cocoa, sugar, and salt in 1 1/2 quart pan.
- Gradually add the hot water.
- Boil over medium heat for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
- Add milk and heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. DO NOT BOIL.
- Remove from heat and beat with beater until foamy.*
- Add marshmallow whip; may be beaten into it!
- Flavor with a few drops of vanilla.
- Makes 2 8oz. servings.
- * Beating the chocolate prevents the formation of a skin over the surface
and also adds greatly to the smoothness of the drink.
