Coffee Milano
From the Kitchen of:
Sandy
1/2 cup regular grind coffee
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 slightly beaten egg white
granulated sugar
6 tbsp. Galliano
1/4 cup coffee liqueur
whipped cream
Place coffee in basket of coffee maker; sprinkle cinnamon over top.
Using 4 cups water, prepare coffee according to manufacturer's directions.
Dip rims of small brandy snifters in slightly beaten egg white, then in sugar.
For each serving place 1 tbsp. Galliano and 2 tsp. coffee liqueur in each snifter.
Pour in 1/2 cup of hot coffee.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
Makes 5 servings.
