Coffee-Hazelnut Float


From the Kitchen of:  Pepper

Scoop ice cream equally into 4 16-oz. glasses.  Add 2 tablespoons liqueur or 1 tablespoon syrup to each glass.  Fill slowly with cold coffee soda.  Sprinkle 1 teaspoon chocolate-covered coffee beans onto ice cream in each glass.

Makes 4 servings

Note: If coffee soda is not available, mix 1/4 cup instant espresso powder with 1/2 cup cream soda. Divide equally between glasses and fill with cream soda.
