Coconut Hot Chocolate

2 cups milk
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
Preheat oven to 350.
Place 1 cup of milk and the coconut in pan and stir occasionally over low heat.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until hot ( do not boil).
Strain milk into container and place coconut on baking sheet.
Bake coconut in oven until it turns brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir the coconut-flavored milk and the chocolate into remaining milk in a pan over low heat.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until hot ( do not boil).
Pour this mixture into 2 mugs and top with the browned coconut.
Serves 2.
