Chocolate Peppermint Coffee Mix
From the Kitchen of:
Sandy
1/3 cup ground coffee
1 tsp. unsweetened chocolate extract
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. peppermint extract
Place coffee in processor fitted with a steel blade or in blender.
In small cup, combine remaining ingredients.
With processor running, add flavorings to coffee.
Stop processor and scrape sides and bottom of container with rubber spatula.
Process again 10 seconds.
Store in air-tight container in refrigerator.
Brewing instructions:
Place coffee mix in the filter of an automatic drop or perculator.
Add 6 cups cold water and brew.
Makes 6 cups.
