Cafe Cacao Frappe
From the Kitchen of:
Sandy
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup finely shaved or crushed ice
1/2 cup Creme de Cacao
Blend coffee and water, then pour mixture into cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Cacao and shake vigorously.
Pour over ice cubes in champagne glasses.
Serve with short straw.
Makes 4 servings.
