Spread yeast on one side of the toast and lay yeast side down on top
of wine mixture.
Take blueberries and put in kettle, mash with potato masher. Then
take 2 quarts of water and 8 pounds of sugar and dissolve. Pour over
blueberries, stir - then add the other 2 quarts of cool water. Let
ferment for 2 weeks. Stir every day and mash when stirring.
After 2 weeks, strain through a cheesecloth, or pressing bag. Then
put in clean bottles and cork on lightly-loose. After 2 more weeks,
fermenting will stop. Cork tightly and seal with wax.
NOTICE: Before you put it in the bottles, put wine back in kettle and
leave set for 2 days to settle, then bottle.
